On the way home, i asked dad bout it. He said most probably not cause financial constraints :(

Went home and asked Mum. Mum says she wants me to go cause it'll be good to like... Widen your horizon or sth.

I hope edusave/cpf can be used. Otherwise i'll have to pay half with my savings which is probably all that i have :(((
